My love for romance books began in childhood with Anne of Green Gables and Pride and Prejudice. Gilbert Blythe and Mr. Darcy were my first book boyfriends, and I've been reading ever since. A few years ago, I discovered BookTok and found my tribe—fellow book lovers, friends, and authors who share my passion.

This community became a lifeline when I was made redundant, providing a sense of belonging. After a year and a half of searching for work without finding my place, I took matters into my own hands and began creating designs to showcase my love for reading and favorite books—and that's how this store came to be.
